Ensure your posts fall within the Facebook community guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards/).
When submitting images, please try to provide a description of its contents. Content warnings on posts are also appreciated.
Harassment and doxxing (revealing identifying details beyond initials and college) will not be tolerated nor allowed onto the page. This includes emails, even if they appear to have been created specifically for the post.
Tagging specific people in your post looking for responses or advice is also not allowed.
We get a large volume of submissions, often about a large variety of things. If we’re unsure about whether your submission breaks any rules, we’ll usually play it safe and delete it. This applies especially to longer posts and posts likely to start debates.
Political posts are banned entirely. This does not apply to posts raising awareness (e.g. petitions, links to donations). Labelling something as not being political, or being about something else, does not mean that it isn't political.
Oxfess is not a professional service, and it is important to note that responses to medical/mental health submissions will probably not have been written by a medical professional.
Please message the page admins directly (i.e. via messenger) if you think a post breaks these rules, if you think a comment is in bad taste or if you have some suggestion/complaint to make. Anonymous posts about any of the above will be ignored and deleted.
Additionally, if you think your submission is more of an Oxlove than an Oxfess, please use the other page Oxlove 3. The admins there have the same rules as us and their page is focused on that kind of thing. The link to their submission page is here https://oxlovethethird.uni-truths.com/
